This is primarily an administrative and logistics coordination position rather than a hands-on warehouse role.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and dispatch coordination
- Experience communicating with warehouse teams, transportation providers, customer service, and other departments
- Ability to track orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP or IFS systems is a plus
- DOT certification is preferred but not required
- Experience with transportation planning, EPA guidelines, or marine logistics is also a plus
The ideal candidate understands warehouse operations but has a strong background in the administrative side of logistics. We are particularly interested in candidates who have coordinated deliveries, processed customer orders, scheduled transportation, and supported warehouse operations.
