Warehouse Coordinator A Shift

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator at M&M Quality Solutions is an experienced warehouse professional responsible for performing routine warehouse duties, serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for team members, as well as serving as the liaison between Account Management and the Warehouse within a fast‑paced third‑party logistics (3PL) environment. While this role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, the Warehouse Coordinator provides operational guidance, and closely supports the General Manager and Warehouse Supervisors

Shift:

Sunday - Tuesday (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) & Wednesday (7:00 am - 11:00 am)

Essential Functions

• Be the air traffic controller of daily inbound & outbound orders for specific customers.
• Schedule delivery pickups in the customer portal.
• On pickup day, validate loads with pickup number and match driver to correct pickup batch.
• Serve as a go‑to resource for questions from internal and external Account Management.
• Batch orders to ensure efficient picking and that the Warehouse ships clean each day.
• Communicate daily metrics to General Manager.
• Comfortable recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, or service quality.
• Promote safe work habits and reinforce compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Report hazards, equipment issues, or safety violations promptly.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Shadow and support the Warehouse Supervisor in areas such as task coordination, documentation, and basic administrative duties.
• Provide backup support to other warehouse activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in an office environment and using technology (WMS, Microsoft Products, Outlook).
• Solid communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically active environment.
