Job Description

The Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator I is responsible for managing end-to-end execution and audit of all inbound and outbound shipments. The role will be responsible for working with several internal and external partners in support of shipment processing. This individual is responsible for verifying support documentation for accuracy, systematically processing all inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the accuracy of all inbound and outbound paperwork. In addition, the role will assist the team with picking, auditing and loading as needed. This role is also responsible for the execution of Sabra's sample orders. Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:

  • Adhere to OSHA requirements, GMPs, and department housekeeping plan.
  • Manage daily inbound/outbound delivery schedule and update appointment scheduling system when applicable and escalate any deviations to the appointment schedule.
  • Review and verify all supporting documentation against all inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and completion.
  • Enter data in SAP and verify labels are identified correctly.
  • Ability to communicate both verbal and written cross-functionally within the organization, as well as customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Scan documents into electronic filing system and maintain office file system including logs, records, and files.
  • Manage execution of all sample shipments
  • Responsible for coordination with Quality department and Supply team on hold release status and product allocations.

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and it's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here is a list of of the minimum qualifications:

  • You are 18 years of age or olde
  • You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
  • You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
