Volt is immediately hiring for an experienced IATA & 49 CFR Warehouse Cold Chain Certified Associate in Carlsbad, Ca.

• Receive and validate incoming shipments from suppliers.
• Accurately stock products according to temperature requirements.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure storage locations meet compliance and temperature-control standards.
• Pick, pack, and ship products in accordance with IATA regulations and customer requirements.
• Use appropriate insulation and packaging materials to maintain temperature integrity during transportation.
• Address customer requests and communicate issues to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Certification
• 49 CFR Certification
• Warehouse and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and management.
• Comfortable working in cold storage conditions.
• Able to pass a drug test & background.
• Available to work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
