Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for inventory, orders, shipments, and customer information
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Process invoices, purchase orders, receiving, and shipping paperwork
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials
- Prepare orders and paperwork for outgoing shipments
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, customers, vendors, and drivers
- Research inventory discrepancies and resolve order issues
- Maintain organized files and accurate records
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- Several years of warehouse, inventory, data entry, or clerical experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Warehouse or inventory management system experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
