ProLogistix is seeking an experience and organized Warehouse Clerk with a strong background in shipping and receiving to join a busy distribution facility in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with carriers such as FedEX and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
Friday through Monday | 9:00AM-7:30PM | $20.80/hr
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including organization, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Communicate with internal departments and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience (UPS/FedEx systems experience is a plus).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
