Create Your Career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associatein Nipomo CA.As a Warehouse Associateyou will• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move stage and loadunload pallets safely and efficiently.• Receive incoming shipments verify packing lists and inspect materials for damage.• Accurately pick pack and stage outbound orders according to shipping schedules.• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts when qualified.• Maintain organized inventory and keep warehouse areas clean safe and free of hazards.• Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies.• Follow all safety procedures company policies and OSHA guidelines.• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.This is a Full-Time opportunity.Start Date First Week of NovemberSchedule Approximately 400 AM - 1230 PMThe Ideal Candidate Will Have• Proven experience operating manual andor electric pallet jacks.• Ability to lift push pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.• Basic reading writing and math skills.• Previous warehouse shippingreceiving or logistics experience preferred.• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience highly preferred.• Familiarity with shipping documents BOLs and inventory systems is a plus.Pay Rate 18.00 - 20.00Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.Benefits Volt offers benefits based on eligibility that include the following health dental vision term life short term disability AD&D 401k Sick time and other types of paid leaves as required by law Employee Assistance Program EAP.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
