    WAREHOUSE CLERK

    SHIFT:Mon- Fri  7am-4pm

    LOCATION:COLD SPRING PLANT

    PAY:starts at $22.94/hour

    POSITION SUMMARY:  Warehouse Clerks are responsible for assisting production team members with required supplies, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.
    • Assist department management with annual reviews of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
    • Work with plant management to identify BOMs (Bills of Material) that require updates.
    • Assist management with variance reports to align and balance inventories.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory audits.
    • Provide production team members with necessary supplies in a timely manner.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to obtain a forklift and pallet jack license.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge and ability to analyze and respond to inventory-related issues.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
    • To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
