Title: Warehouse Clerk (#3315)
Location: 920 E 8th Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406 United States
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $19.50/Hr on W2
Shift: Mon-Friday (6:45 AM-3:15 PM) – 40 Hours/Week
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Current forklift certification is required.
• Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification preferred.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Education and Experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years warehouse or materials handling experience required.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
Travel Requirements
• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk performs various warehouse activities including receiving product and ensuring invoice accuracy of incoming shipments to make sure they include the appropriate items and that each item is undamaged. This position is responsible for generating and printing system-generated shipping documents for international orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents. This position must also coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and internal Customer Service to book, arrange pick up and track international shipments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Receives product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.
• Moves shipments into the appropriate locations after released to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensures security of the building by verifying drivers at the receiving door.
• Ensures exterior doors are locked and secure when not in use.
• Faces product and rearranges product on aisles as needed to fit all product in inventory locations.
• Order preparation, staging and loading of product.
• Pull and transact customer orders per pick tickets.
• Responsible for verifying and checking shipping documents against product to ensure all is correct.
• Use appropriate carrier systems and tools to ship product.
• Run picks as needed.
• Manage warehouse aisle inventory while pulling orders to optimize the space.
• Ensure warehouse, exterior dock area, office space and break areas are tidied up at end of the day.
• Generate international shipping documents.
• Audit international shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Book and track international shipments.
• Work with internal Customer Service to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction on international orders.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
