WAREHOUSE CLERK

SHIFT: Mon- Fri 7am-4pm
LOCATION: COLD SPRING PLANT
PAY: starts at $22.94/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: Warehouse Clerks are responsible for assisting production team members with required supplies, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.
- Assist department management with annual reviews of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Work with plant management to identify BOMs (Bills of Material) that require updates.
- Assist management with variance reports to align and balance inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory audits.
- Provide production team members with necessary supplies in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to obtain a forklift and pallet jack license.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge and ability to analyze and respond to inventory-related issues.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
