Warehouse Administrator – Full-Time, 2nd Shift | $21.75/hr

About the Role
Veloz is hiring an experienced Warehouse Administrator to help keep a busy, high-headcount warehouse running smoothly. You'll manage associate schedules, coordinate daily operations and keep the office organized. This role is a great fit for someone who has worked in warehouse administration and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts), 5:00 PM start
• Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• Overtime as needed. This is a 7-day operation, so schedules may vary.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates
• Make the best use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals
• Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments and other warehouse activity
• Address operational issues quickly and effectively
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a clerk or administrator in a large warehouse (100+ associates)
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Availability for 2nd shift, with flexibility for overtime

Pay & Benefits

• $21.75 per hour
