Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $19.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to support our daily warehouse operations on the second shift. In this role, you will handle order picking, inventory stocking, product transfers, and maintain an organized warehouse environment. The position emphasizes safe operation of warehouse equipment and effective teamwork to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth product flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders by selecting products from designated warehouse locations using cherry pickers or pallet jacks.
• Organize selected products on pallets for inspection and shipment.
• Transfer inventory physically and systematically within the warehouse to support efficient order processing.
• Read, understand, and interpret vendor stock sheets and container manifests.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Managers, Material Handlers, Dock Unloaders, and Forklift Operators for product movement.
• Maintain proper warehouse product flow for stocking, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure inventory is rotated according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers and forklifts at elevated heights.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including passing the HIT Forklift Training Certification Course.
• Support warehouse efficiency by working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform lifting and movement of up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts.
• Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Adhere to warehouse safety standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to pass HIT Forklift Training Certification Course.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat and cold).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory processes.
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including at elevated heights.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.

Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (second shift)

Additional Notes

This role includes two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. When overtime is available, start times may begin at 5 or 6 AM.
