Wood Personnel Services is hiring Warehouse Associates for a well-established book manufacturing facility in La Vergne, TN. These are temp-to-hire opportunities in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment. Warehouse Associates will work as part of the production team, helping create and bind finished books while assisting in a variety of roles throughout the facility.

Warehouse Associates Shifts and Compensation:
- $17-$19.50 an hour
- A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM + every other Saturday, $17 an hour
- B Shift: Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM + every other Saturday $17 an hour
- C Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM + every other Saturday, $19.50 an hour
- D Shift: Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM + every other Saturday, $19.50 an hour
- 3 Day Workweek – 36 hours one week then working every other Saturday for 48 hours that week
Warehouse Associates Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with book binding and production
- Work in a variety of areas throughout the production process
- Handle, organize, and inspect materials and finished books
- Package and prepare finished products
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Warehouse Associates Skills and Qualifications :
- Dependable individuals with reliable attendance
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
