Abacus Staffing Services is hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates, Pickers & Packers!
We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates, Pickers, and Packers to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. Candidates will be responsible for general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
PAY & SCHEDULE
?? Pay Rate: $19.23/hour
?? Pay Increase: +$2/hour after 31 days worked
?? WEEKEND INCENTIVE: Additional $2/hour effective November 8, 2026. To qualify, associates must work either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday consecutively during the same weekend.
?? Shift: 3rd Shift
? Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
?? Schedule: 5 days per week / 2 days off
Schedules may include weekends. Weekend availability is required to qualify for the incentive.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic computer skills
RF Scanner experience
General warehouse experience/knowledge
Basic math skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
Flexible and available to work overtime when needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Carefully handle and package fragile merchandise
Tag and label merchandise and place items in the appropriate inventory location
Palletize, box, wrap, and pack merchandise according to procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain the shipping supply area
Record and manage damaged merchandise
Operate computers, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
