About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, verifying and reporting damages, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness. You'll also assist with general warehouse tasks, ensuring all procedures are followed precisely. Flexibility is key, as rotating 8- to 10-hour shifts may be required.

Pay Rate: $17.50 — overtime opportunities available
Shift Times: Varying shifts, including days and evenings, seven days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, confirming documentation
• Verify, document, and report damages and discrepancies
• Prepare, palletize, and measure shipments
• Manually wrap pallets with shrink wrap
• Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders
• Follow safety and security procedures
• Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Report service issues promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including working rotating shifts

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or similar experience
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Proficiency with carts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment
• Ability to climb stairs if applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
