Position: Warehouse Associate - Picking & Packing (Refrigerated)
Location: Northlake, IL
Pay: $17.00/hr
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available (weekends as needed)
1st shift- 5am-1:30pm Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat
2nd shift-2pm-10:30pm Sun-Thurs Tues-Sat
Environment: Temperature-controlled refrigerated warehouse
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Pick products using RF Scanner and WMS (Warehouse Management System) screens
- Pack refrigerated / temperature-sensitive items securely and accurately
- Perform quality checks to identify damaged or expired items
- Follow all safety, cold-storage, and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
- Able to stand/walk throughout the shift and lift as needed for warehouse work
- Detail-oriented (accuracy matters for pick/pack and quality checks)
- Prior picking/packing or scanner/WMS experience is a plus
