Warehouse Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift Available | $16–$18/hr | Solon, OH Area

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in the Solon, OH and surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow.

Location: Solon, OH and surrounding area
Shift: 1st or 2nd shift available

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for:
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Picking, pulling, and preparing orders
  • Moving materials throughout the warehouse or production area
  • Using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Following company safety procedures and work instructions
  • Supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations
Warehouse Associate Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
  • 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active during the shift
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
