Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in the Solon, OH and surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow.

Location: Solon, OH and surrounding area
Shift: 1st or 2nd shift available

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking, pulling, and preparing orders
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse or production area
- Using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Following company safety procedures and work instructions
- Supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations
Qualified candidates should have:
- 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active during the shift
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Competitive pay: $16$18 per hour
