Job Title: B2B Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented B2B Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for preparing and wrapping full pallet orders for business-to-business shipments, handling smaller single-box orders, and operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers and reach lifts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse environment, be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and be committed to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, build, and wrap full pallet orders for B2B shipments
Process and prepare small, single-box orders for shipping
Operate powered industrial trucks, including order pickers and reach lifts, safely and efficiently
Perform physical labor, including regular lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage before packaging
Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and workspaces
Ensure all outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and internal quality standards
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
Experience operating order pickers and reach lifts (certification a plus)
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Familiarity with basic warehouse software, scanners, or inventory systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $26/Hour
