Job Summary
We are seeking an organized team player with attention to detail and efficiency to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, storing/organizing inventory and running quality control. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic, with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Potential for career advancement including full-time, sales, content creation and management.

Responsibilities 
  • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
  • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
  • Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors 
  • Run quality control of products
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Update inventory according to what comes in and goes out
  • Follow-up with customers to provide expected delivery dates and ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate logistics with freight team
  • Update customer records
  • Support the warehouse operations for each of our divisions: SchabelTech, SpexCrete, SpexLite and SpexLite Shooting Bag Fill
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
