Job Title : Warehouse Associate
Location : Westfield, IN
Hours : 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM


Job Description :

Working under general supervision, this role is actively involved in material movements in a warehouse environment. Duties may include loading trailers, unloading trailers, processing receiving and put away, cycle counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and may use material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.

Responsibilities :
  • Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
  • Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist.
  • Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
  • May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification.
  • May assist and train associates with on the job training.
  • Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
  • Performs cycle counting
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures
  • Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration. Promotes a positive work environment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, ISO Standards as defined by supervisor.
  • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP’s, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.
