    Job Title: Warehouse Associate
    Location: Westfield, IN 46074
    Duration: 12 Months of Contract with possible extension
    Shifts: 6:00AM 2:30PM Mon Fri

    Job Description:
    • Duties may include loading trailers, unloading trailers, processing receiving and put away, cycle counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and may use material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
    • Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist.
    • Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away.
    • Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
    • May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification.
    • May assist and train associates with on the job training.
    • Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity.
    • Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
    • Performs cycle counting
    • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures
    • Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management
    • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration.
    • Promotes a positive work environment.
    • Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, ISO Standards as defined by supervisor.
    • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP s, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable.
    • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.
