Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift | $18.00/Hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly
Hiring: Immediate openings available

Join our warehouse team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This full-time Warehouse Associate role offers a consistent first-shift schedule, weekly pay, benefits, and no weekend work.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick and palletize customer orders accurately using sales sheets.

  • Verify item numbers and quantities to prevent shipping errors.

  • Load and unload tires from semi-trailers.

  • Receive, move, organize, and maintain inventory and warehouse supplies.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

  • Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.

  • Participate in annual inventory counts.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.

  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work safely and collaboratively with coworkers.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout an 8-hour shift.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold.

  • Steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection are required.
