Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous logistics or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment

Job Duties

• Open plastic and cardboard packaging using a box cutter
• Remove individual bottles from packaging materials
• Place bottles onto the packaging line for repacking into new packaging
• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and handle inventory as needed
• Accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Perform highly repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Associate works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
