As a Warehouse Lead, you'll coordinate and oversee daily production activities in packaging, filling, and assembly to ensure smooth operations and top-quality results. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating daily packaging, filling, and assembly tasks to meet schedules and quality standards
- Ensuring all work complies with GMP, ISO 13485, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Maintaining accurate and real-time documentation, including batch records and logbooks
- Supporting and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation procedures
- Providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and giving feedback to team members to foster efficiency and growth
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- An associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-4 years of team lead experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Prior leadership or team supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of packaging, filling, or assembly operations
- Proficiency with ERP systems (IQMS experience is a plus)

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Redondo Beach and offers Monday through Friday work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
