Overview
We are hiring a
Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling. This role involves operating forklifts, assisting with inventory movement, performing putaway activities, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable working at heights and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Perform putaway activities and organize inventory in designated storage locations
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move and store materials safely
- Train and assist with cherry picker/order picker operations as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with material handling tasks
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, secure, and compliant with safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-6 months of recent warehouse experience
- Minimum of 6 months of sit-down forklift experience
- Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team lifting required for oversized or awkward materials)
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand throughout the entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling
- Cherry picker or order picker experience
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
- Experience operating additional warehouse equipment
