Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products and materials for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming products and materials
- Pick and pull orders accurately based on customer or internal requirements
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Use basic warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift and move packages and materials weighing up to [50] pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may involve varying temperatures, noise, and frequent movement
- Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and material-handling activities
