    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in staying organized, working safely and getting the job done right.

    In this role, you’ll help keep products moving through the branch by receiving incoming shipments, picking and preparing orders, stocking inventory and making sure customers and other locations get the right products on time. You’ll work as part of a hands-on team where accuracy, efficiency and safety matter every day.

    What You’ll Do

    • Handle inbound and outbound freight, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
    • Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders and branch transfers
    • Load, unload, move and stock products efficiently throughout the warehouse
    • Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities for accuracy
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through product counts and discrepancy reporting
    • Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders are properly secured and documented
    • Operate forklifts, warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely
    • Follow established procedures, safety requirements and PPE guidelines
    • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
    • Identify and report safety hazards or inventory discrepancies
    • Work closely with branch team members to keep orders and products moving efficiently
    • Support customers, vendors and other branch locations with accurate and timely order fulfillment

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • 1+ year of warehouse or related experience
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through
    • Comfortable working as part of a team
    • Ability to safely operate warehouse and material handling equipment
    • Strong basic math and numerical skills
    • Commitment to following established safety procedures

    Physical Demands & Work Environment

    This position requires approximately 40–43 hours per week and involves routine physical activity, including:

    • Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. occasionally), and pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs.
    • Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily)
    • Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and sustained use of hands, arms, and feet
    • Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
