Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and material handling.

This is not a forklift-only position. While forklift experience is preferred, associates are expected to work both on and off the forklift throughout the day and assist wherever needed to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Handle pipe, valves, fittings, and other industrial materials.
• Verify quantities and product identification during receiving and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper storage and organization.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, warehouse organization, and other operational tasks as assigned.

Job experience

• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as business needs require.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus.
