About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping merchandise. This position focuses on accurately handling shipments, verifying inventory, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload shipments, verify quantities, and ensure item accuracy during receiving processes.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Input and process inventory data into warehouse management systems.
• Pick merchandise according to store or customer orders with accuracy.
• Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure timely shipping while maintaining product quality.
• Organize stock locations and implement proper product rotation.
• Conduct cycle counts and support full inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer or scanner skills, including RF scanner operation (experience with warehouse management systems preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (up to 25 lbs for some functions).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to meet productivity goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Certification to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (preferred).
