Overview
We are seeking a dependable
Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and material movement. This is a hands-on role that involves pulling orders, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are looking to grow their warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain inventory organization and material flow
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Stable work history with at least one recent position held for one year or longer
- Minimal employment gaps or clear explanations for gaps in employment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
- Forklift operating experience
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
