Location: Sheboygan, WI
Pay: $700 - $900 Weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM - Finish
Schedule: Monday - Friday with Rotating Sundays

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse operation in Sheboygan, WI. This is an active, hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, including freight handling, loading, unloading, palletizing, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort, palletize, repack, and stage product for warehouse operations
• Assist with order selection and freight movement throughout the facility
• Perform inventory audits and quality checks as needed
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required; training is provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry products weighing 25-75 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
