Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, put-away, receiving, inventory control, and general material handling. This position requires accuracy, reliability, and a commitment to safety to ensure efficient warehouse operations and customer order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, process, and put away orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Stand-up picker and/or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of urgency.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
