Key Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, and organize parts and materials
• Assemble accurate kits based on work orders/BOMs
• Label, package, and stage items for production or shipment
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety rules
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and material replenishment
• Work with warehouse, production, and quality teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders and pick lists
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
