Warehouse Associate – Scotia, NY $21/hr – On the bus line
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, sort, and organize parts and materials
- Assemble accurate kits based on work orders/BOMs
- Label, package, and stage items for production or shipment
- Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety rules
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and material replenishment
- Work with warehouse, production, and quality teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read work orders and pick lists
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic computer or scanner skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
