Join our growing team at Staff Management | SMX as a Warehouse Production Associate. This entry-level position supports warehouse and production operations through quality inspections, packaging, line support, sanitation, and general warehouse duties. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment while following safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).


Schedule:


+ 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Complete all required OSHA safety training.

+ Assist with production line inspections and monitor product quality.

+ Verify packaging components and labels are correct.

+ Support production by identifying basic quality concerns and notifying supervisors.

+ Perform cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

+ Maintain a clean work environment while following GMP standards.

+ Complete required quality and production documentation.

+ Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.

+ Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
