Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Environment: Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non-climate-controlled; temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

SUMMARY:

• Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather-please dress accordingly).
• Physical Requirements: Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift..
• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

About the Role:

This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are no forklifts or cherry pickers-you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and RF scanners to meet daily production targets independently.

What You'll Do:

• Move and organize boxes and materials weighing approximately 10-100 lbs. without assistance.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, push carts, and handheld scanners to move and track inventory.
• Process labels, documentation, and orders accurately using handheld technology.
• Load and prepare pallets and materials for outbound shipments.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and different floor surfaces safely.
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Work independently to maintain productivity and meet daily production targets.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What We're Looking For:

• Capable of continuous, heavy unassisted lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Self-starter who works efficiently alone and adapts quickly on the fly.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
• Mandatory Gear: ASTM F2413-11 compliant, slip-resistant protective footwear (rated Better or Best), any steel toed, composite or safety shoes.
