Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richfield, Ohio. This full-time role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment and are committed to supporting daily operations efficiently.

Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm

Pay: 

• $18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities: 

• Order picking and packing of consumer products
• Operating a tow motor
• Training on an order picker pulling orders 10–15 feet off the ground
• Using UPS/FedEx online systems (experience a plus)
• Labeling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
• Standing for extended periods and working effectively in a team environment
• Lifting 60+ lbs consistently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable work area

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or delivery environment
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• Ability to operate a tow motor
• Basic computer skills
• Clean cut and presentable
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
