Warehouse Associate - Record Center Specialist (Temp to hire)

Position Overview

Offering consistent full-time hours, bi-weekly pay, and long-term stability, this role is perfect for energetic, hands-on workers who enjoy active physical tasks in an organized warehouse environment.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No Weekends)

What You'll Do

• Utilize handheld RF scanners and internal computer applications to locate, retrieve, track, and log archive boxes, binders, files, and backup media.
• Manually lift, arrange, carry, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging in weight from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.
• Safely operate hand carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks across concrete floors and inclines; build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets for distribution.
• Read order tickets, verify labels, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately to meet daily dispatch schedules. .

What We're Looking For

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull containers up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular, prolonged basis in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and balancing on ladders throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with slip-resistant soles ("Better" or "Best" rated).
• Strong basic literacy in English to read labels and process system tracking, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role inside an active record management facility. Work is physically demanding and involves continuous physical movement, heavy lifting, and material handling aid operations on concrete floors.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
