Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Product Repacker to join a fast-paced warehouse and production team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for repackaging products, monitoring product flow through the production line, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable performing repetitive physical work in cooler or cold conditions while maintaining consistent production standards.
Schedule
Regular shift is 6:00 AM 2:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
MondayFriday schedule every other week
Alternate weeks include one weekday off Wednesday or Thursday with work on Saturday
Flexibility to work the rotating schedule is required
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment
Comfortable working in cooler and cold conditions
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to maintain consistent production output throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures
Strong attention to product quality and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Repackage products accurately and efficiently according to production requirements
Run and monitor products through the production line
Maintain consistent production pace and output
Inspect products during the repacking process for obvious quality concerns
Organize and prepare completed products as required
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
Move and handle products throughout the work area
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
Perform additional warehouse and repacking duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and repetitive physical movement
Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive production work
Ability to work for extended periods in cooler or cold conditions
Ability to safely perform warehouse duties while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
