    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and food and beverage specifications.
    • Ensures that all shipments are received in good, undamaged condition. Notates all non-conformities, discrepancies, damages, shortages, and miss picks to vendor invoices as well as purchase orders.
    • Cooperates with accounts payable team members in the verification of orders received.
    • Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve receiving disputes.
    • Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
    • Electronically scans all purchase orders and vendor invoices. 
    • Verifies all food and beverage deliveries upon arrival meet correct corporate specifications.
    • Ensures products meet all quality standards and food safety/HACCP issues are adhered to upon receipt.
    • Ensures all products are received and placed immediately into the freezer, refrigeration, or dry storage as needed.
    • Ensures products are stored and dated properly and rotated using the FIFO method.
    • Notates all food safety issues and forwards to Receiving Manager.
    • Inspects all incoming non-food shipments for product and quantity accuracy against packing slip and purchase order.
    • Logs accurate information onto distribution log and delivers items to their appropriate departments.
    • Assists marketing with unboxing and distributing promotional gifts for the guests.
    • Assists inventory control with an accurate count of all products stored in the bulk freezer.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more.
    • Must have attention to detail skills.
    • Previous forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
