Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Basic computer skills with data entry experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus.

Job Duties

• Assist with inventory control and material management for a lamination machine.
• Inspect products during various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Perform data entry and inventory tracking tasks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Support machine operators and production team members as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be able to lift up to 75-85 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.

As a Warehouse Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
