Warehouse Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an eager and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity where you will be picking, packing, and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. We are happy to train candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn!

Schedule: 6:00:AM - 2:30:PM - Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Duration: 3 months contract to start (potential Temp to Hire)

What You'll Do:

• Pick, pack, and pull warehouse orders accurately.
• Use manual pallet jacks and pushcarts to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Manually lift items up to 50 lbs unassisted as needed.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What We Need:

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic (no experience required!).
• Required PPE: Must supply your own steel-toe footwear (safety vests are provided).
• Ability to pass an interview prior to placement.
• Dress Code: Casual (shorts and blue jeans allowed).
