Description

TRC is seeking a Warehouse Associate on behalf of their client located in Norcross, GA. Details provided below. 
 
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (With OT - must be available to work Saturday 8am-5pm as well)
 
Pay: $17-18/hour 
 
Position Overview:
We are looking for hard working individuals to join our team with the flexibility to work in several capacities of our warehouse. Areas of responsibility include shipping, receiving, inventory management, sorting, staging, loading, and unloading products.
 
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for warehouse support for Shipping and Receiving Departments.

  • Verify incoming shipments; compare items and quantities received with the packing lists and original purchase orders. Pursue corrective action of discrepancies as needed.

  • Possess the ability to identify and recognize various parts using labels and reports.

  • Prioritize orders and receipts based on various factors.

  • Accurately pick and process outbound orders.

  • Pack and ship equipment according to freight company requirements.

  • Prepare shipments following instructions specified for the customer.

  • Process outbound shipments using integrated software.

 
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ability to follow all safety guidelines.

  • Must pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screening.

  • High School or equivalent education.

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Forklift experience (stand up is a plus).

  • Prior experience using an Inventory Management System.

  • Prior knowledge of the telecommunications field is a plus.

  • Position will start out M-F 8am-5pm and may transition to a Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm schedule, must be flexible.
