Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Support daily warehouse operations within a distribution facility handling fresh flower products. This position involves loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced cold storage environment while maintaining product quality and warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments within the warehouse and distribution areas
- Sort, stage, and organize flowers and related products for distribution
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming deliveries
- Prepare and stage customer orders for outgoing shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse work areas
- Follow proper product handling procedures to preserve quality and freshness
- Work in refrigerated and cold storage environments as needed
- Support general warehouse operations and team objectives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and cold storage conditions
