Warehouse Associate - Order Picker (Day Shift)

Position Overview

Looking for a high-paying early morning shift with zero weekend work? Join our team in Phoenix as a Warehouse Associate! Offering competitive $20.00/hour pay, hands-on training, and a clear path to permanent employment, this role is perfect whether you have years of experience or are eager to learn and build a career in supply chain logistics.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (No Weekends!)

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using picking lists and inventory documentation across the warehouse floor.
• Pack and stage shipments securely to ensure products are protected and ready for daily outbound delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment including manual pallet jacks, pushcarts, sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain dock and floor safety by keeping aisles clear, organizing inventory bins, and following all facility safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Open to candidates with no prior experience who are reliable and eager to learn! Equipment experience (forklifts, order pickers) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, with the physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and push/pull carts throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong dependability, high attention to detail for verifying item numbers, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Dedicated to starting consistently at 6:00 AM every weekday.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role located in an active commercial electrical distribution center. The position involves physical order picking, cart maneuvering, and equipment operation on concrete warehouse floors.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
