Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Overtime as neededPeople Source OKC is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing safety-sensitive manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.Job Responsibilities

• Move parts, materials, and products throughout the facility 
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies 
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders 
• Load and unload trucks while counting and inspecting materials 
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy 
• Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors 
• Issue materials to departments and deliver parts to work areas 
• Document material movement using ERP systems and company processes 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Forklift experience required 
• 3–5 years of related warehouse/inventory experience preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Above-average computer skills; tablet experience a plus 
• Ability to work overtime when needed 
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. throughout the shift 

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility 
• Moderate noise levels; hearing protection program required 
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, and communicate throughout the scheduled shift
