Warehouse Associates for a growing safety-sensitive manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities- Move parts, materials, and products throughout the facility
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders
- Load and unload trucks while counting and inspecting materials
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
- Issue materials to departments and deliver parts to work areas
- Document material movement using ERP systems and company processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience required
- 3–5 years of related warehouse/inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Above-average computer skills; tablet experience a plus
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. throughout the shift
Work Environment- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Moderate noise levels; hearing protection program required
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, and communicate throughout the scheduled shift
