Job Summary
Are you ready to help move food efficiently and safely so community partners can serve Oklahomans facing hunger? As a Warehouse Associate, you will select and stage orders, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, receive shipments and move pallets to designated locations. You will use voice-picking and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory movement while helping keep equipment and work areas organized. This on-site, full-time role requires consistent attention to safety, product accuracy and operational priorities. What success looks like in the first 6-12 months includes meeting the 200 cases-per-hour standard with 99.8% accuracy, completing equipment checks, maintaining accurate pallet scans and helping products move through the warehouse safely and efficiently.

Safety Sensitive Designation
This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law. Employees in safety sensitive roles perform duties where even a momentary lapse in concentration could result in injury to themselves, others or cause environmental harm. Physical & Environmental Expectations
This role involves sustained physical activity in indoor and outdoor industrial settings. Work may require fine motor coordination, grasping, pushing, pulling and moving objects with more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, more than 50 pounds frequently and more than 20 pounds constantly. Responsibilities may involve climbing at or above six feet, balancing on even or uneven surfaces and changing positions throughout the workday. Employees must recognize important sounds and safety indicators and use required Personal Protective Equipment. The environment may include extreme temperatures, weather and humidity as well as dust, chemicals, gases, fumes, smoke, noise and vibrations. Travel, rotating on-call participation, unscheduled call-outs, extended workdays, overtime, weekend hours or holiday hours may be required.
