Warehouse Associate 

Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Approximately 30 days on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Location: Tulsa, Ok

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for moving materials throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and interested in building a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Build and stage outbound orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Clamp lift experience is a plus but can be trained.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment that is not climate controlled, with access to air-conditioned areas.
• Work alongside an Operations Manager and an experienced warehouse team.
• Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
