Westaff is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Associates in North Haven, CT!
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Pay Rate: $17 - $18.35 an hour
We are seeking reliable Packers and Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and production operations. These roles are essential to maintaining an efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed.
Warehouse Requirements:
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift Operators experience.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
