Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring efficient movement, storage, and shipment of products within the warehouse. This position involves handling materials with care, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing shipments, and supporting team activities to meet operational goals. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Team Lead, the associate contributes to a smooth workflow in receiving, sorting, packing, and delivering goods.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from receiving or storage to shipping or designated areas
• Disassemble and receive self-checkout components, stacking them onto pallets
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins for organized storage
• Maintain and restock inventory to ensure product availability
• Assist in unloading shipments from delivery trucks efficiently
• Compare packing slips with received items to verify quantities
• Operate dollies, forklifts, and other equipment to transport shipments
• Prepare items for shipment through boxing, labeling, inspection, and palletizing
• Inspect materials both upon receiving and prior to shipment to customers
• Navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately for documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling
• Proficiency in forklift operation and safety compliance
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic computer skills with ability to use relevant software
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
